In - person healing

An in-person healing is gentle hands on treatment. According to the client's preference, I can either use a gentle touch or have my hands completely off the client's body. The client remains fully clothed throughout the session.

Distance healing

Distance healing is ideal for the clients who don't live within reasonable distance from a practitioner in the UK or worldwide. It's just as effective as in-person healing but can be experienced from the comfort of the client's home.

Chakra Balancing

The Seven Chakras are the energy centers in our bodies where energy flows. Although the energy moving through the chakras is always moving, the vitality of the energy can lessen if the area of our life is out of balance. The aim of chakra healing is to help to remove any blocks or imbalances to the natural movement of energy.
